    This consultation is for new clients only.

    In this comprehensive health assessment, we do a deep dive into your presenting concern, medical history, family history, current diet and lifestyle habits and discuss your health goals. If you have any current pathology/test results (<6 months), please email a copy prior to your consultation.

    You will receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, outlining dietary and lifestyle modifications and any nutritional supplement recommendations. We will also discuss functional testing recommendations as needed. Your treatment plan will be made available to you within 24-hours of the consultation.

  • 40 minutes

    Investment: $99

    This consultation option is for existing clients only.

    During your follow up consultation we review your treatment plan and discuss your progress and identify any obstacles or challenges you may be facing. We will revise your treatment plan to implement any changes required in order to support you with a long term and sustainable health plan.

    Your revised treatment plan will be made available to you within 24-hours of the consultation.

  • 60 minutes

    Investment: $120

    Existing clients only.

    This option is for clients who have not had a consultation in several months or have a more complex case requiring a detailed review of test results or further investigation, we offer an Extended Follow-Up Consultation to provide a more in-depth assessment and tailored guidance.

    For ongoing support, our standard follow-up consultation focuses on reviewing your progress, addressing any challenges, and refining your treatment plan to ensure sustainable, long-term health improvements.

    Following your consultation, your revised treatment plan will be made available to you within 24-hours.

    Designed for both new and existing clients, the 10-Day Personalised Meal Plan offers a structured, nutritionally balanced approach to healthy eating, tailored to your unique dietary preferences and lifestyle.

    This service is ideal for those seeking expert guidance to simplify meal planning while ensuring optimal nutrition.

    Your customised plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day, along with easy-to-follow recipes and a comprehensive shopping list to make meal preparation effortless.

    To ensure the plan aligns with your specific needs, this service includes a brief 20-minute online consultation, where we will review your health goals, dietary preferences, medical history, allergies, and any relevant medications.
