2. Appointment Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
2.1 Booking and Prepayment
All appointments require 100% prepayment at the time of booking to secure your spot.
2.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling by Clients
We understand that schedules can change. However, the following policies apply to cancellations and rescheduling:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment, fail to show up, or do not provide the required 24 hours' notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.
2.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling by Practitioner
In the event that the practitioner is unable to attend your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. In this instance, you will be offered the option to either:
Reschedule your appointment to a later date, or
Cancel your appointment and receive a full refund of your booking fee.
2.4 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and your booking fee will not be refunded or transferred.
3. Changes to Terms of Service
Nurtura Nutrition reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
